Destination Blog Hop - Day 1

Welcome to our adventure! We're off to see great things! Perhaps by car, train, or plane, or maybe by boat, no matter what - it'll be a great trip! No pesky security pat downs, or pesky luggage to deal with, or those extra fees that seem to mount up!

You won't need your cameras, or money for gas, but you will want to watch for souvenirs to pick up! So grab your favorite drink and curl up and make yourself comfortable! No need to share your seat unless you've invited guests to take part!

Here at our ports of call, you'll need to leave your comments! Many of them will offer souvenirs (blog candy) and here at mine - lots to be had!
1. A Destination Cricut Cartridge
2. A travel album filled with embellishments to remember your trip
3. Misc. goodies to numerous to mention!
4. My own travel-themed souvenir blog candy!

To be eligible to win the blog candy, all you have to do is become a follower (if you aren't already) and leave a comment on either day of the hop. You'll receive two entries if you comment on both days! :) I'll announce the winner of my blog candy on Monday March 26th.

Now be sure to be a follower of my blog! It's easy you'll see, just click on the link! Leave your comments at every port! They've worked really hard make your trip pleasurable!

Today we're stopping in the lovely city (and also my hometown) of Chicago here at Made Especially For You! I've created a Chicago postcard using the Destinations cart.

Here's the entire itinerary in case you get lost! If you've come from Liz's blog, then you're in the right place. If you've just come across the hop and would like to start at the beginning, then please visit Janet's blog.

Thanks for visiting us today!  You're next port will be: Lisa's blog!

Our travel director, Janet, will pick the winners of the prizes Monday!

  1. The city that has a rich tradition of luxury and opulence flowing filthily can never fall short of some real souvenirs that make its civilization worth enlivening. In fact, Dubai souvenirs are famous worldwide that invites thousands of visitors to handpick few of them. If you have a rich taste, go in for these souvenirs that can’t be found anywhere else but, Dubai.

  14. Chicago is the best city in the world, isn't it? I'm in Minnesota now, (last 8 years) but I was born and raised in that wonderful city, and I miss it deary. More than anything the food! (They have never heard of Italian Beef up here!) Your postcard turned out really cute. I love the image of the Sears Tower, or whatever they call it officially now, against the colors you used. Very cool!
